哈密瓜是新疆的名优瓜果之一,因其味香,甜脆质佳而闻名,年出疆量大约10万吨左右。但是,由于运输线较长,熟期相对集中,有时出现旺季烂、淡季断的局面。另外哈密瓜为多汁果品,在采收、运输、市场批转等环节中极易受到人为机械损伤,以致发生腐烂。应用保鲜剂能抑制呼吸作用,延缓养分的消耗和减少水分散失,防止或减少伤口处霉菌的滋生,保持果品的新鲜度。本试验旨在检验新疆独山子炼油厂化工研究院新近研制开发的新型保鲜剂9401-B(哈密瓜专用型)在哈密瓜上应用的保鲜效果。
