以黄瓜为试材,采用生物菌种、复合肥、鸡粪和基质拌土等4种土壤处理方法,测定了黄瓜的生长和品质指标,以改善设施盐碱地栽培条件下的黄瓜品质。结果表明:4种处理的株高、茎粗、叶绿素含量与对照相比均表现显著性差异,4种处理的品质均优于对照。其中生物菌种拌土处理的株高显著比对照低10.78%,茎粗、叶绿素、维生素C、可溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸含量均显著高于对照,分别比对照增加了17.65%、19.79%、20.77%、86.29%、58.90%。综合比较,生物菌种拌土处理能显著促进黄瓜生长和提高品质。
Using cucumber as test material, the growth and quality indexes of cucumber were determined by using four kinds of soil treatment methods: biological species, compound fertilizer, chicken manure and soil mixed with soil to improve the quality of cucumber in saline-alkali soil cultivation. The results showed that the four treatments showed significant differences in plant height, stem diameter and chlorophyll content compared with the control. The quality of the four treatments were better than the control. Among them, the plant height of the soil was significantly lower than that of the control by 10.78%, the contents of stems, chlorophyll, vitamin C, soluble protein and free amino acids were significantly higher than those of the control, which increased by 17.65%, 19.79% and 20.77% , 86.29%, 58.90%. Comprehensive comparison, the biological species of soil mixing can significantly promote the growth of cucumber and improve quality.
