最近常听一些人反映班组安全活动搞得不好,没内容,很枯燥,一些班组长为此很伤脑筋。现介绍几种学习内容和学习方式,供参考。1.学习内容要有计划性。每月结合公司、厂、车间、班组的具体情况制定学习计划,确定每周的活动内容。2.学习内容要有典型性。要选择公司、厂、车间内安全方面的大事、违规违制和典型事故案例,展开讨论,从中吸取教训,避免类似事故的发生。
