15只昆明种雌性小白鼠饲喂正常饲料加维生素E(VE)(90mg/天·kg)作实验组,33只昆明雌性小白鼠只喂正常饲料作对照组。用定量体视学方法观察两组在幼年期、性成熟期和老年期额叶神经元细胞、细胞核、核仁的15个形态参数、细胞器的14个形态参数的变化,然后用逐步回归法进行分析。结果发现,VE可以影响神经元的超微结构。
