研究表明,一些可吸收或不可吸收性材料,如胶原、e-PTFE等可促进骨再生。硫酸钙是一种安全、可吸收、可成形的材料,易于操作,价格便宜。研究证实硫酸钙具有促进骨再生作用,但有学者持相反观点。本文对此进行了评价。 材料和方法 实验动物为40只雄性sprague-Dawley鼠,于双侧下颌颊舌侧翻开粘骨膜瓣,暴露下颌角,并造成5mm大小穿透性骨缺损,将未硬固的盘状医用无菌硫酸钙覆盖右侧颊舌侧骨缺损,左侧为对照不做任何处理,然后缝合粘骨膜瓣。分别于术后3,9,18周和22周各处死9只动物(因有4只死亡),制作5μm系列切片,显微镜下评价骨缺损愈合情况。
Studies have shown that some absorbable or non-absorbable materials such as collagen, e-PTFE, etc. can promote bone regeneration. Calcium sulfate is a safe, absorbable, formable material that is easy to handle and inexpensive. Studies confirm that calcium sulfate can promote bone regeneration, but some scholars hold the opposite view. This article evaluates this. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were used to open the mucoperiosteal flap on the buccal-lingual mandibular side of the mandible, exposing the mandibular angle and causing a 5-mm-sized penetrating bone defect. The non-hardened discoid medical Bacterial calcium sulfate to cover the right buccal and lingual bone defects, left for the control without any treatment, and then suture mucoperiosteal flap. Nine animals were sacrificed at 3, 9, 18 and 22 weeks postoperatively, respectively (due to 4 deaths). Serial sections of 5 μm were made and bone defect healing was assessed under a microscope.
