在企业的经济发展过程中,人力资源管理工作可以说是功不可没,企业人力资源管理的好坏,直接影响企业当下的效益以及长远的稳定发展。在这个竞争压力巨大的背景下,人力资源管理的好坏,与我国的经济发展有着千丝万缕的关系,直接影响着我国经济社会的发展。因而,企业在发展的同时,还应重视人力资源的管理,采用合适的办法充分发挥人力资源的重要作用。
In the course of economic development of an enterprise, human resources management can be said to be of great importance. The quality of human resources management in enterprises directly affects the immediate benefits and long-term stable development of enterprises. Against this huge competitive pressure, the quality of human resources management is inextricably linked to the economic development of our country and directly affects the economic and social development in our country.
