本文简要介绍了幼儿年龄阶段、学习动机的相关概念。接着详细阐述了学习动机对于提高学习能力和学习效果的意义。主要介绍了幼教工作中加强幼儿学习动机的方法:丰富教学方式和教学内容、提出问题制造悬念、用心对待幼儿提出的问题、平等对待每位幼儿、对幼儿进行良好的反馈。这些理论的提出对幼师和家长进行教育工作具有很好的指导和参考意义。
This article briefly introduces the concept of early childhood age, learning motivation. Then elaborated the meaning of learning motivation to improve learning ability and learning effect. This paper mainly introduces the ways to enhance children’s learning motivation in preschool education: to enrich teaching methods and teaching content, to put forward questions to create suspense, to treat the problems raised by children, treat each young child equally, and give good feedback to young children. These theories have good guidance and reference significance to the educational work of kindergarten teachers and parents.
