1984年以前,包钢炼钢厂钢年产量连续几年徘徊在120万吨左右,是公司的亏损大户,亏损原因是多方面的,设备的失修是主要原因之一。1984年,我厂钢产量达135万吨,一举结束了多年徘徊局面,而且逐年稳步增长。实践证明,推行点检制,走全员设备管理道路,是企业设备管理的一种科学方法。几年来,我们认真推行点检制,使我厂设备管理工作从全公司落后变为先进,连续两年被评为市优秀单位,还被内蒙古自治区命名为设备管理优秀单位。
Before 1984, Baosteel Steel’s annual output of steel hovered around 1.2 million tons for several years in a row, making it a big loser of the company. The reason for the loss was due to many reasons. Equipment dislocation was one of the major reasons. In 1984, the steel output of our factory reached 1.35 million tons, ending the situation of wandering for many years in one fell swoop and steadily increasing year by year. Practice has proved that the implementation of point inspection, take the full equipment management, enterprise equipment management is a scientific method. Over the past few years, we conscientiously implement the point of inspection, the plant management of our plant from the company behind into advanced, was rated as outstanding units for two consecutive years, was also named the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region outstanding equipment management unit.
