目的探讨使用高速涡轮机在拔除下颌水平阻生牙中的应用。方法用高速涡轮机裂钻在水平位阻生牙冠部位,横行磨除部分牙体开沟后,用双面骨凿劈开牙体,用增隙凿增隙后,用中等宽度牙挺挺出阻生牙远中部分牙体,并逐步拔除。结论涡轮机在去除阻生牙近中阻力后配合增隙法有明显的优势;用高速涡轮机开沟横断牙体法,拔除下颌水平位阻生牙,切实可行,简便高效。
Objective To explore the application of high speed turbine in removal of mandibular level impacted teeth. Methods High-speed turbomachined fractures were applied to the level of impelled crowns. After some teeth were abraded by transverse cutting, the teeth were split with double-sided bone chisel, Impacted teeth distal part of the tooth, and gradually removed. Conclusions Turbine has obvious advantages after removing intermediate resistance of impacted teeth with Gap method. It is practicable to use high-speed turbine ditching transverse tooth method to remove mandibular level impacted teeth, which is feasible and efficient.
