目的建立利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)对脐带血中As、Cd、Pb、Hg 4种元素直接测定的方法。方法采集胎儿脐带血124份,全血样品用0.05%Triton X-100、0.05%EDTA及5 mol/L氨水溶液配制的稀释剂稀释,以Li、Sc、Ge、In、Y、Tb和Bi作为在线内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)直接对稀释后的脐带血中的砷、镉、铅、汞的含量进行测定分析。结果对质量控制物质(HMB59311)测定分析的结果令人满意,精密度较好,砷检出限为0.62μg/L,镉检出限为0.15μg/L,铅检出限为0.67μg/L,汞检出限为0.34μg/L,该方法回收率在95%~104%之间,精密度均<3%。结论该方法操作简便,有较强的抗干扰能力,可以快速、准确的测定脐带血中的砷、镉、铅、汞含量,结果令人满意,可以满足分析测试的要求,适用于日常全血样品的测定。
Objective To establish a direct method for the determination of 4 As, Cd, Pb and Hg in umbilical cord blood using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).
