本文从白龙江主要流域鲍生态现状入手,着重介绍和分析了白龙江流域迭部国有林区生态效益补偿机制的现状和问题,提出了主要的解决办法。
This paper starts from the current ecological status of Bao ecological system in Bailongjiang River Basin. It mainly introduces and analyzes the current situation and problems of eco-benefit compensation mechanism in Biailong River Valley in Bailongjiang River Basin, and puts forward the main solutions.
