20世纪80年代以来,教师专业发展日益成为人们关注的焦点。而教师专业发展最终又体现于个体的专业化发展,依赖于教师个体对专业化发展的追求,是教师在专业生活过程中其内在专业结构不断丰富和完善的过程。基于此,教师要通过树立终身学习观、培养职业幸福感、形成良好的职业道德、进行反思性教学等途径来促进教师个体专业化发展。
Since the 1980s, professional development of teachers has increasingly become the focus of attention. Teacher professional development is ultimately reflected in the individual’s professional development. It depends on the individual’s pursuit of professional development. It is the process in which the teacher’s internal professional structure is continuously enriched and perfected. Based on this, teachers should promote the individual professional development of teachers by establishing a lifelong learning concept, cultivating professional happiness, forming a good professional ethics, and conducting reflective teaching.
