目的分析清远市钩端螺旋体病人群及宿主动物钩体血清抗体水平和菌群更迭情况。方法对1992~2009年清远市钩端螺旋体病血清学进行监测:采用钩体MAT法检测健康人、疑似病人、鼠、鸭和犬类动物,以及重要疫点的调查资料汇总进行流行病学分析。结果健康人群钩体血清抗体阳性率为24.32%;宿主动物的钩体血清抗体阳性率:鼠22.53%,鸭5.50%,犬12.15%。通过两个时期观察比较,发现近年人群和宿主动物(鼠、犬)感染的钩体血清群均转为秋季热群为优势群;鸭感染钩体优势群为七日热群。结论我市人群和主要宿主动物的钩体血清抗体维持在较高水平,推测近年人群和宿主动物感染的钩体血清群可能发生更迭,我市钩体病流行的优势群为秋季热群。在鸭和犬血清中分别鉴定出(鸭8种、犬6种)钩体血清群。 Objective To analyze the level of serum leptospira antibody and the change of flora in Leptospirosis patients and host animals in Qingyuan City. Methods The Serology of Leptospirosis in Qingyuan City from 1992 to 2009 was monitored. The survey data of healthy people, suspected patients, mice, ducks and dogs, as well as important epidemic spots were detected by the MAT method of hooks and collected for epidemiological analysis . Results The positive rate of serum antibody of leptospira of healthy population was 24.32%. The positive rate of serum antibody of leptospira of host animals was 22.53% of mice, 5.50% of ducks and 12.15% of dogs. Through the comparison and comparison between the two periods, it is found that the serogroups of leptospira infected by the populations and host animals (mice and dogs) are all transferred to fall heat groups as the dominant group in recent years; and the dominant group of duck leptospira is the seven-day fever group. Conclusions The serogroup L antibodies in the population of the city and main host animals are maintained at a high level. It is speculated that the serogroups of leptospira that infected by host and host animals may be changed in recent years. The predominant group of leptospirosis in our city is autumn heat group. In the duck and dog serum were identified (duck 8 species, 6 dogs) hook body serogroups.
