采用X射线和X射线荧光光谱仪对经过常规NaOH-HCl脱灰处理的煅烧无烟煤及灰分进行晶体结构、灰分物相及灰分成份分析。结果表明:脱灰处理能脱出碳微晶层片内的灰分,使层面间距由0.34466 nm减小至0.34386 nm,但同时对微晶单元具有一定的解体作用,微晶高度由10.78782降至8.95094 nm,层片碳环数由153降至123个。灰分中各种元素的含量都有较大程度的降低。
X-ray and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer were used to analyze the crystal structure, ash phase and ash content of calcined anthracite and ash which were deashed by conventional NaOH-HCl. The results show that the ash removal from the carbon microcrystalline layer can be removed by de-ashing treatment, and the spacing between layers decreases from 0.34466 nm to 0.34386 nm. At the same time, the dedusting treatment decomposes the microcrystalline units with the crystallite height decreasing from 10.78782 to 8.95094 nm , The lamellar carbon ring decreased from 153 to 123. Ash content of various elements have a greater degree of reduction.
