随着改革的深化、产业结构的调整和员工人数的减少，对石油工人队伍素质和结构提出了更高的要求，石油技工培训机构以其实际、实用、直接和有效的培训已经成为构成石油工业发展生力军的重要力量。石油培训部门应该根据石油工人的特点，把握石油教学培训的规律，选择合适的教学方法，达到现代石油培训的目的。
