应用中西医结合治疗股骨干骨折５１８例，根据不同年龄及骨折部位，采用不同方法，其中非手术治疗３３１例，占６３．４％；手术内固定１８７例，占３６．１％。随访３１６例，占６１％，疗效满意。认为股骨干骨折首选治疗方法应为传统手法整复、小夹板外固定，配合适宜牵引和内外用药。 518 cases of femoral shaft fractures were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. According to different age and fracture site, different methods were used, of which 331 cases were non-surgical treatment, accounting for 63.4%. 187 cases were fixed by surgery, accounting for 36.1%. Follow-up 316 cases, accounting for 61%, with satisfactory results. That the preferred treatment of femoral shaft fractures should be the traditional way of rehabilitation, small splint external fixation, with appropriate traction and internal and external medication.
