文章结合在金川有色金属公司的研究成果,阐明料浆浓度对胶结充填的重要性。高于临界流态浓度的胶结充填料浆属于宾汉塑性体或触变体。其管输水力坡度值,只在一定流速范围内随流速加大而增长,超过此限值后,便呈下降趋势。高浓度料浆还遵守有界面的群体沉降规律,因而不产生离析,也不受两相流临界流速的约速。采用相同数量的胶凝材料时,其单轴极限抗压强度比正常浓度时最少提高12~50%,体积干缩率减小40~50%。高浓度胶结充填料浆不仅输送可靠,充填质量好,而且还具有节能、节水、节材等优点,应在生产中大力推广。
Based on the research results of Jinchuan Nonferrous Metals Company, the article expounds the importance of slurry concentration on cementing and filling. Cementitious fillers above the critical fluid concentration are Binning plastids or thixotropic bodies. The value of hydraulic gradient of pipe transportation increases only with the increase of flow rate within a certain flow rate range. After this value is exceeded, it shows a downward trend. High concentration slurries also obey the settlement law of the population with interface and thus do not produce segregation nor the approximate speed of the critical flow rate of the two-phase flow. When the same amount of cementitious material is used, the uniaxial ultimate compressive strength is increased by at least 12% to 50% and the volume shrinkage is reduced by 40% to 50% compared with the normal concentration. High concentration of cementing slurry filling not only reliable delivery, filling quality, but also has the advantages of energy saving, water saving, materials, etc., should be vigorously promoted in the production.
