本文报道了用寄生在史氏黄黝鱼体腔内的 Apatemon pellucidus Yamaguti,1933(Stri-geidae)囊蚴和寄生在岐尾斗鱼、麦穗鱼和线细鳊肌肉内的 Cyaltrocotyle sinense sp.nov.(Cy-athocotylidae)囊蚴对家鸭作人工感染试验的结果。描述了两种鴞形吸虫的发育,并用组织学和组织化学方法研究了其囊蚴壁的构造和成分。另外,还对两种囊蚴壁的起源作了探讨。试验结果表明,囊蚴壁的内壁属胶元纤维结构,外壁为网状纤维结构;囊壁的组织化学成分主要为碳水化合物蛋白质复合物(包括粘蛋白、糖蛋白和中性粘多糖),囊蚴壁外壁的DNA含量不多,RNA 含量较丰富。外壁含酸性脂肪;内壁不含脂肪。作者认为两种囊蚴的外壁可能来源于寄主的网状内皮系统;内壁可能为幼虫本身分泌物形成。
This paper reports the use of the Apatemon pellucidus Yamaguti, 1933 (Stri-geidae) metacercariae and Cyaltrocotyle sinense sp. Nov parasitized in the skeletto fish, echinoderm and slender muscle in the body cavity of Schlemmte sterni. (Cy-athocotylidae) metacercaria duck for artificial infection test results. The development of two species of jellyfish was described, and the construction and composition of their metacercariae walls were studied histologically and histochemically. In addition, the origin of the two metacercariae walls was also discussed. The experimental results show that the inner wall of the metacercarid wall is a collagen fiber structure, the outer wall of reticular fiber structure; the main chemical composition of the capsule wall of carbohydrate protein complexes (including mucin, glycoprotein and neutral mucopolysaccharide), capsule Echinacea wall DNA content is small, more abundant RNA content. The outer wall contains acidic fat; the inner wall contains no fat. The authors suggest that the outer wall of both metacercarids may originate from the host’s reticuloendothelial system; the inner wall may form for the larvae itself.
