在电解原铝液中加入硼,研究了硼化处理对电导率和力学性能的影响。结果表明,通过适当的硼化处理,可以使铝中的Ti、V含量大幅度降低,Ti、V元素的含量降低到0.002%以下。硼化处理后电工铝的电阻率降到27.7nΩ.m,伸长率提高,抗拉强度略有降低。硼与Ti、V等元素反应生成硼化物并由铝液中分离,降低了Ti、V等元素的固溶量,从而影响铝的导电性能和力学性能。
Boron was added into the electrolyte solution to study the effect of boronization on electrical conductivity and mechanical properties. The results show that the content of Ti and V can be reduced to 0.002% or less by appropriate boride treatment. After boronizing electrical resistivity of aluminum dropped to 27.7nΩ.m, elongation increased, a slight decrease in tensile strength. Boron and Ti, V and other elements react to form borides and separated from the molten aluminum, reducing the amount of Ti, V and other elements of the solid solution, thus affecting the electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of aluminum.
