如今,提高教学的质量是大家一直在讨论的重要问题,然而其中最关键的就是教学过程中所采用的方法。对于法律来说,它应该有一套符合它本身特色的方法。但是,当前在高职的法律教学中许多方法都存在问题以至于没法和素质教育的以及高职教学的要求。所以,我们应当深入了解其特点,在改革时有针对性的实施,逐步的走出一条特色的法律教学道路,为社会提供在应用方面很有优势的法律人才。
Today, improving the quality of teaching is an important issue that everyone has been discussing. However, the most crucial one is the method used in the teaching process. For the law, it should have a set of methods that fit its own characteristics. However, at present, many methods in the legal teaching of higher vocational education have problems that they can not meet the requirements of quality education and higher vocational education. Therefore, we should thoroughly understand its characteristics, implement it in a targeted manner during the reform, and gradually step out of a distinctive path of legal education to provide society with legal talents with great advantages in application.
