在鑽探过程中,常易发生卡鑽或拆断埋鑽事故。处理此类事故方法很多,但当事故較严重时,有效处理方法之一,是採用反鑽桿手段。目前工人在反鑽桿操作工序上,多为用鍊鉗止逆鑽桿右轉,而用管鉗鉗住鑽桿由人力强之左轉。这样在操作过程中便产生下列缺点:劳动强度大,处理时間长,效率低,控制鑽具中和点难,不易掌握鑽具反上情況;操作过程中不安全。为此,設計了一种反鑽桿安全器,其构造装置如图所示。
