本文报告小儿血液病78例骨髓活检诊断价值研究,年龄2天~14岁。介绍了我科研制的适合不同年龄的小儿骨髓活检针,取材及制片方法,并进行骨髓涂片与病理切片结果的比较。证明骨髓活检能较完整的提供骨髓组织结构,正确判断骨髓细胞增生程度方面有一定的优越性,但它并不能代替涂片检查,因涂片细胞形态清晰.有利于判定白血病类型;但遇干抽或混血者活检又优于涂片能及时提供诊断依据。故主张多个部位活检切片与涂片密切配合分析,才能使小儿血液病的临床诊断符合率大大提高。
This article reports 78 cases of pediatric hematological disease bone marrow biopsy diagnostic value, age 2 days to 14 years. This article introduced the pedicle bone marrow biopsy needle suitable for different ages in our department and the methods of taking and producing the bone marrow, and compared the result of bone marrow smear and pathological section. Prove bone marrow biopsy can provide a more complete structure of bone marrow, bone marrow cells to correctly determine the degree of proliferation of cells have some advantages, but it can not replace the smear, smear cells clear shape is conducive to determine the type of leukemia; Pumping or mixed biopsy better than smear can provide timely basis for diagnosis. Therefore, advocating multiple biopsies and smears closely cooperate with the analysis, in order to make the clinical diagnosis of pediatric hematological disease greatly improved.
