持续质量改进(CQI)在小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理管理中的应用效果观察

目的:探讨分析持续质量改进(CQI)在小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理管理中的临床应用效果。方法:我院2012年12月开始在护理中实施持续质量改进方式,将我院实施持续质量改进前收治的117例静脉留置针患儿和实施持续质量改进后收治的121例静脉留置针患儿作为研究分析对象,回顾分析所有患儿临床资料,比较实施前后患儿的临床各项指标。结果:实施持续质量改进前一次穿刺成功率(74.36%)低于实施后(90.91%),实施持续质量改进前患儿家属满意度(76.67%)低于实施后(95.41%),且数据存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续质量改进可改变护士在静脉留置针工作中的思维模式,使技术水平有所提高,进而提高护理质量,同时提升患儿家属的满意度。 Objective: To investigate the clinical application of continuous quality improvement (CQI) in pediatric needle-stick nursing management. Methods: In December 2012, our hospital began to carry out continuous quality improvement in nursing. 117 cases of intravenous indwelling needles admitted to our hospital before implementation of continuous quality improvement and 121 cases of intravenous indwelling needles treated with continuous quality improvement As a research object, retrospective analysis of clinical data of all children, children before and after the implementation of the clinical indicators. Results: The success rate of previous puncture (74.36%) was lower than that after implementation (90.91%), satisfaction rate of family members before implementation of continuous quality improvement (76.67%) was lower than that after implementation (95.41%), and the data existed Statistical significance (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Continuous quality improvement can change the thinking mode of nurses in the work of intravenous indwelling needle, improve the technical level, and then improve the nursing quality, at the same time, improve the satisfaction of the family members of the children.
