目的:观察MGMT、XRCC1蛋白在大肠息肉中的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测MGMT、XRCC1蛋白在45例大肠增生性息肉组织、50例大肠腺瘤性息肉组织及30例正常大肠黏膜组织中的表达,探讨BRCA1、BRCA2蛋白表达与大肠腺瘤性息肉患者的性别、年龄,息肉部位、直径及是否有蒂的关系,分析MGMT、XRCC1蛋白在腺瘤性息肉组织中表达的相关性。结果:MGMT、XRCC1蛋白在正常大肠黏膜、大肠增生性息肉以及大肠腺瘤性息肉组织中的表达依次增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在大肠腺瘤性息肉组织中MGMT、XRCC1蛋白的表达与息肉的大小及是否有蒂有关(P<0.05),与患者的性别、年龄及直径无关(P>0.05);MGMT、XRCC1蛋白在腺瘤性息肉组织中表达呈正相关(r=7.356,P<0.05)。结论:BRCA1、BRCA2蛋白的表达与大肠腺瘤性息肉有关。
Objective: To observe the expression of MGMT and XRCC1 protein in colorectal polyps. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MGRT and XRCC1 protein in 45 cases of colorectal polyps, 50 cases of colorectal adenomatous polyps and 30 cases of normal colorectal mucosa. The expressions of BRCA1 and BRCA2 protein in colorectal adenoma The relationship of MGMT and XRCC1 protein expression in adenomatous polyp tissues was analyzed according to sex, age, polyp site, diameter and pedicle of polyp. Results: The expressions of MGMT and XRCC1 protein in normal colorectal mucosa, large intestine hyperplastic polyps and colorectal adenomatous polyps increased in turn, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In MGMT, XRCC1 The protein expression was correlated with the size and pedicel size of the polyps (P <0.05), but not with the sex, age and diameter of the patients (P> 0.05). The expression of XRCC1 and MGT was positively correlated with the expression of adenocarcinoma r = 7.356, P & lt; 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 proteins is related to adenomatous polyps.
