Objective: To determine the content of cantharidin in mackerel from different habitats by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Diamonsil-TMC 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (80:20). The volume flow rate was 1.0 ml / min and the detection wavelength was 209 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between cantharidin and 0.208-1.040μg injection volume (r = 0.9999)
