调查了习服高原的移居者从高原(3500~3700m)返平原(10m)前后动脉血气、心功能、血液流变学、凝血及抗凝血指标的变化。结果显示高移者在从高原返回平原的30天内:(1)PaO2、SaO2、和O2COnt显著升高,除了PaCO2仍略高外,余均接近平原世居者水平;(2)RBC、Hb、Hct和全血比粘度逐渐降低;(3)TXB2和β-血小板球蛋白均降低至平原世居者水平;(4)心率减慢,每搏指数增加,心脏指数增加,平均动脉压降低;(5)右下肺动脉干宽度减小。上述改变可能与高移者脱离高原低氧环境返回平原后的脱适应有关。
The changes of arterial blood gas, cardiac function, hemorrheology, blood coagulation and anticoagulation were investigated before and after returning from the plateau (3500 ~ 3700m) to the plain (10m). The results showed that within 30 days after the plateau returned to the plain from the plateau, (1) PaO2, SaO2, and O2COnt were significantly increased, except that the PaCO2 was still slightly higher than that of the plain native. (2) RBC, Hb, Hct and whole blood viscosity decreased gradually; (3) TXB2 and β-thromboglobulin were reduced to the level of native Habitat; (4) slow heart rate, stroke index increased heart index increased mean arterial pressure decreased; (3) 5) right lower pulmonary artery width decreases. The above changes may be related to the descending adaptation of the high-altitude migrants after returning to the plain from the plateau hypoxic environment.
