高尔夫球头铸造是钛精密铸造的尖端技术,对于普遍壁厚小于1 mm的球头铸件,如何解决铸件浇不满问题是该项技术的关键,经过对400cc大球头和200cc小球头进行多次浇注实验,总结并设计了合理的球头浇道系统以及离心浇注工艺,使得小球头的浇满率达到97%以上,大球头浇满率达到90%以上,可以得到质量良好的铸件。
