采取0、1和2月免疫程序,对480名6~12岁健康小学生接种3批国产乙肝酵母重组疫苗和1批对照Merck乙肝酵母重组疫苗。接种的小学生中未发生严重副反应者。完成2针免疫后,两种疫苗的抗体阳转率均在92%以上;3针免疫后各组抗体阳转率均达到98%;但3组国产酵母疫苗的抗体滴度均显著低于Merck疫苗。首免后1年时各组抗体GMT缓慢下降。结果表明,国产酵母重组疫苗安全性好,采取0、1和2月免疫程序,可诱导较早及较高的抗体应答。
0, 1 and 2 immunization programs were conducted. 480 healthy pupils aged 6-12 years were vaccinated with 3 batches of recombinant hepatitis B vaccine and 1 batch of recombinant hepatitis B vaccine. Inoculation of primary school students did not occur serious side effects. The antibody positive rates of the two vaccines were over 92% after 2-needle immunization. The antibody positive rate of each group reached 98% after 3-needle immunization. But the antibody titers of the 3 domestic-made yeast vaccines were significantly lower than that of Merck vaccine. At 1 year after the first immunization, the antibody GMT in each group decreased slowly. The results showed that the recombinant yeast vaccine made in China was safe, and the immune programs of 0, 1 and 2 months could induce the earlier and higher antibody responses.
