琼斯等曾报导用根皮酚和IBA可诱导若干苹果根砧生根达85~90%,但是在匈牙利试验未得到同样好的结果.本试验检验了三种合成生长素:2-氯-3-(3-氯-甲苯基)丙腈(CCMPPN),2-氯-3(2,3-二氯苯基)丙腈(CDPPN)和2-氯-3-(2,3-二氯苯基)丁腈(CDPBN)诱导无菌培养的M26、M27、MM104苹果根砧及接穗品种Stark Spur萌发新梢的生根的能力.
Jones et al. Reported that use of cortex phorbol and IBA induced rooting of several apple rootstocks by 85-90%, but no equally good results were obtained in the Hungarian trial.The assay examined three synthetic auxins: 2-chloro-3- (3-chloro- tolyl) propanenitrile (CCMPPN), 2-chloro-3 (2,3- dichlorophenyl) propanenitrile (CDPPN) and 2-chloro-3- ) Butyronitrile (CDPBN) induced the rooting ability of germinating shoots of M26, M27, MM104 apple rootstocks and scak varieties Stark Spur.
