利用 40keV的C+离子辐照 (辐照剂量为 1× 10 16 /cm2 )CVD合成的多壁碳纳米管样品 ,在高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)分析时发现了一些有趣现象 :其一 ,多壁碳纳米管在辐照时 ,其结构不但无定形化 ,而且有无定形纳米线和无定形管的相互转变区出现 ;其二 ,辐照可以使交叉的碳纳米线产生“焊接”现象 .对这些现象产生的机制给出了定性的讨论
Multi-walled carbon nanotube samples synthesized by CVD using 40 keV C + ion irradiation (irradiation dose of 1 × 10 16 / cm 2) revealed some interesting phenomena when analyzed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM): one, When the wall-walled carbon nanotubes are irradiated, the structure of the wall-mounted carbon nanotubes is not only amorphous, but also occurs in the mutual transformation zone of the amorphous nanowires and the amorphous tubes. Secondly, the irradiation can make the carbon nanowires crossed to have a “welding” phenomenon. The mechanism of these phenomena gives a qualitative discussion
