同志们: 本来这个会是曾培炎主任要参加的,他也答应要参加,因今天上午人大会堂有一个重要活动,他要去出席,这样,就由我来代表出席这次大会。在大会召开之际,我代表培炎同志,代表国家计委,向大会并向获奖工程的企业和个人,表示深切的问候和热烈的祝贺。利用这个机会,我向大家简单地介绍一下计委的工作和今后对我们协会工作的几点希望。
Comrades: Originally this meeting was attended by the director Zeng Peiyan. He also promised to participate because there was an important event in the Great Hall of the People this morning. He is going to attend. This way, I come to represent this Assembly. On the occasion of the convening of the conference, on behalf of Comrade Peiyan, on behalf of the State Development Planning Commission, I would like to extend my deepest regards and warm congratulations to the General Assembly and to the award-winning project companies and individuals. With this opportunity, I would like briefly to brief you on the work of the Planning Commission and some hopes for the future of our association.
