一、引言阴极保护是我们都已熟悉的一种电化学保护方法,而且已在工业上得到应用。但它只是在近乎中性的介质中才有可能尽量地防止铁的腐蚀,如果不锈钢放在硫酸溶液中也采用阴极保护法,则反而会破坏它的耐酸性能。铝和锌在某些条件下用阴极保护也会增加它们的腐蚀率。阴极保护法主要受到下列两方面的限制:1.一般不能用于酸性介质中。
I. INTRODUCTION Cathodic protection is an electrochemical protection method that we are all familiar with and has been used industrially. However, it is only possible to prevent iron corrosion as far as possible in almost neutral medium. If stainless steel is also used in sulfuric acid solution, the cathodic protection method will destroy its acid resistance. Cathodic protection of aluminum and zinc also increases their corrosion rate under certain conditions. Cathodic protection is mainly limited by the following two aspects: 1. Generally can not be used in acidic media.
