目的:应用基因芯片技术进行喉鳞状上皮细胞癌相关基因表达谱差异分析,筛选喉鳞状上皮细胞癌相关基因。方法:从4例喉鳞状上皮细胞癌中相同患者体内取喉鳞状细胞癌组织和癌旁正常组织,应用含有人类全基因组的基因芯片进行分析。结果:在4例喉鳞状上皮细胞癌中共同基因表达显著差异的有349条,其中112条表达上调,237条表达下调。结论:基因芯片能提供大量喉癌相关基因表达谱的信息,分析这些差异表达的基因能够阐明喉鳞状上皮细胞癌复杂的生物学特性与基因表达之间的内在联系,并识别肿瘤的标记物,为进一步研究喉鳞状上皮细胞癌发生、发展相关基因打下基础。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the gene expression profiles of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma by gene chip technique and screen the genes related to laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. METHODS: Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues were obtained from the same patients in the four laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas, and the gene chips containing human whole genome were used for analysis. RESULTS: There were 349 significant differences in common gene expression in 4 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, of which 112 were up-regulated and 237 were down-regulated. CONCLUSIONS: Gene chips provide information on a large number of laryngeal cancer-related gene expression profiles. Analysis of these differentially expressed genes can shed light on the intrinsic link between the complex biological properties of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and gene expression and identify tumor markers , Laying a foundation for further study on the occurrence and development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
