通过X光衍射、扫描电镜及红外光谱等手段,研究观察了YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)。超导体体材料及不同衬底薄膜在H~+注入前后的电学性质和微观结构的变化情况。结果表明:注入H~+后,微观结构和电学性能的变化与超导材料的内在质量有直接关系,微观结构的变化是导致YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)。超导材料电学性质变化的主要原因,H~+注入后在YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)。中产生的Cu-H是次要或不重要的原因,并对H~+在Y-Ba-Cu-O超导体中所起的作用作了一些评价。
By means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy, YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7-x was observed. Changes of Electrical Properties and Microstructure of Superconducting Body Materials and Different Substrate Films Before and After H ~ + Implantation. The results show that the microstructure and electrical properties change directly with the intrinsic quality of the superconducting material after H ~ + implantation, and the microstructure changes are YBa2Cu_3O_ (7-x). The main reason for the change of the electrical properties of the superconducting material is that H ~ + implanted in YBa_2Cu_3O_ (7-x). Cu-H produced in the Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductor is a secondary or not important cause and some evaluations on the role of H ~ + in the Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductor have been made.
