在管理学教学中,案例教学是一种行之有效的教学形式,是贯彻理论联系实际原则的很好的教学方法。但是,在目前管理学案例教学中仍然存在对案例教学法的认识存在误区、对案例的选择与使用缺乏实操性、配套的教学设备和教学投入不足等问题。本文针对这些问题提出领会案例教学法的真正内涵,准确选择、合理地使用案例,营造完善的案例教学环境等改革措施,以期强化管理学教学效果。
In the teaching of management, case teaching is an effective teaching method, which is a very good teaching method to carry out the theory and practice. However, there are still some misunderstandings on the case teaching method in current management case teaching, the lack of practicality in the selection and use of cases, the lack of teaching equipment and teaching investment. In view of these problems, this article puts forward the understanding of the true meaning of the case teaching method, the accurate selection of cases, the rational use of cases and the creation of a sound case teaching environment and other reform measures in order to strengthen the management of teaching effectiveness.
