企业物资是企业成本重要的组成部分,加强物资管理能够极大的降低企业所形成浪费或者其他违规现象,这与使物资管理成为了使企业成本能够有所降低的关键环节。构建科学化的物资管理机制,能够提高企业内部资金的流动性,增强企业活力,进而提升企业在市场中的竞争力。本文就煤电集团物资管理方面的相关问题进行阐述,并且提出了在资金管理以及经营管理方面的可行性策略,为同类企业有效实施并开展物资管理提供理论参考。
Enterprise material is an important part of the enterprise cost. Strengthening the material management can greatly reduce the waste or other irregularities caused by the enterprise, which makes the material management become a key link that can reduce the enterprise cost. Constructing a scientific materials management mechanism can improve the liquidity of internal funds, enhance the vitality of enterprises and further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. This article elaborates the relevant issues in material management of Coal Power Group, and puts forward the feasible strategies in fund management and operation management, which provides a theoretical reference for the effective implementation and material management of similar enterprises.
