双支架辅助栓塞技术在巨大后交通动脉瘤复发中的应用

目的 探讨双支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞技术在巨大后交通动脉瘤复发的安全性和短期临床疗效。方法 5例巨大复发后交通动脉瘤,应用双Lvis支架辅助弹簧圈进行栓塞,对动脉瘤致密栓塞程度,载瘤动脉通畅情况,对术后复发率进行评估。结果 5例动脉瘤均能达到致密栓塞,载瘤动脉通畅通畅,支架能顺利释放,1~5年随访动脉瘤无复发,mRS评分为0分。结论 应用双支架辅助栓塞能够致密栓塞复发巨大后交通动脉瘤,能减少弹簧圈数目,降低治疗费用,降低复发率。
