抗衰老药物的研究已成为当前药学研究的重要内容之一,国内外均极重视。对于人类衰老的机理,从遗传学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物化学、免疫学等方面的研究已有所阐明,并根据这些理论建立了一些抗衰老药物的实验方法,且已在研究工作中起到了重要的作用,但它们仍有一定的局限性,不够成熟,尚待进一步发展。 在这些实验方法中,有宏观的研究方法,也有微观的研究方法。第一届全国抗衰老药物研究学术会议(1983年10月于北戴河)曾对抗衰老药物的实验研究方法提出了几项要求: 1、生存实验:必须证明该药可延长动物的平均寿命和最高寿命。
