采用焊条电弧焊(SMAW)对Q345/316L异种钢进行焊接,并对焊接接头进行不同温度的时效处理。在模拟常温高压海水环境中对不同时效处理的异种钢焊接接头开展腐蚀试验。研究时效处理对Q345/316L异种钢焊接接头耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:经过450℃时效处理的异种钢焊接接头比250℃、600℃及不进行时效处理的焊接接头具有更好的耐腐蚀性能。同时经450℃的时效处理有利于焊缝奥氏体晶界处碳化物的溶解,缓解晶界的贫Cr现象,提高其耐腐蚀性能。此外,Q345/316L异种钢焊接接头在模拟海水腐蚀环境中的腐蚀产物主要是α-Fe和Fe OOH。
The welding of Q345 / 316L dissimilar steel was carried out by SMAW. The welded joints were aged at different temperatures. Corrosion tests were carried out on dissimilar steel welded joints with different aging treatments in a simulated room temperature and high pressure seawater environment. Effect of aging treatment on corrosion resistance of Q345 / 316L dissimilar steel welded joints. The results show that the dissimilar steel welded joints aged at 450 ℃ have better corrosion resistance than welded joints at 250 ℃, 600 ℃ and without aging treatment. At the same time, the aging treatment at 450 ℃ is beneficial to the dissolution of carbides in the austenite grain boundaries and relieve the Cr depletion in the grain boundaries and improve the corrosion resistance. In addition, the corrosion products of Q345 / 316L dissimilar steel welded joints in simulated seawater corrosive environment are mainly α-Fe and Fe OOH.
