介绍了一种新型的铁道车辆摇枕弹簧自动选配系统模型。该模型是基于原有枕簧高度记录、备用枕簧库以及现场实测数据建立起来的。系统由配簧区间预测、枕簧型号识别、枕簧高度检测和选配4个环节组成。预测环节利用原有的枕簧高度记录,根据统计数据和优化选配规则预测各选配枕簧区间。实际选配过程中系统在线识别枕簧型号,检测枕簧高度,选配环节依据枕簧型号、枕簧高度、利用备用枕簧库动态调整现场情况,实现对不同类型的枕簧进行科学、经济的选配。
This paper introduces a new automatic model of bolster spring matching system for railway vehicles. The model is based on the original record of the height of the spring-loaded reeds, as well as the spare reed spring library and field measurements. The system is composed of 4 sections: spring zone prediction, spring-loaded model identification, spring-loaded height detection and matching.
