氧化/抗氧化失衡是许多肺部疾病的重要发病机制之一。肺Krppel样转录因子(KLF2/LKLF)是锌指Kr櫣ppel样转录因子家族成员之一,由于最初发现KLF2主要在肺内表达因此称为KLF2。一直以来KLF2被认为在细胞的生长、分化、凋亡,肺与血管的发育,成熟T细胞的存活、静止与迁移中起重要作用。而近来发现KLF2也具有重要的抗氧化作用,能调控多种抗氧化酶和抗氧化转录因子的表达。本文就KLF2的结构和功能,及其对抗氧化系统的作用和在肺部疾病研究中的应用前景作一综述。
Oxidation / antioxidant imbalance is one of the important pathogenesis of many lung diseases. Lung Kröppel-like transcription factor (KLF2 / LKLF) is a member of the zinc finger Kröppel-like transcription factor family and is referred to as KLF2 since it was originally found that KLF2 is mainly expressed in the lung. KLF2 has long been thought to play an important role in cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis, pulmonary and vascular development, survival, quiescence and migration of mature T cells. Recently KLF2 has also been found to have an important antioxidant activity, which regulates the expression of various antioxidant enzymes and antioxidant transcription factors. This review summarizes the structure and function of KLF2 and its role in anti-oxidative system and its potential applications in the study of pulmonary diseases.
