我国轴瓦工程技术界急待解决的重要课题,轴瓦两端面及内外角工序的重要设备——轴瓦切两端倒角专用机床,已由南通市兴武实验厂开发成功并批量生产。 依据(等效采用轴瓦国际标准)国家标准规定,轴瓦宽度公差及轴瓦两端面对外圆素线垂直度要求很高。南通市兴武实验厂卓有胆识,集国内轴瓦工程技术专家多年研究的优秀设计,制造成功具有独特结构型式、优质高效,居国内外先进水平的轴瓦切两端倒角专机。 本专用机床系统是采用机械、电器、液压及PC机程序控制的机电一体化的自动加工机床。它由床身,床身左右上方配置的液压进给动力滑台,滑台上安装的铣削动力头,床身中部的液压油缸双位夹紧机构,右端的装料槽、推料油缸,左端的卸料槽,电机直接驱动的铣削动力头,以及液压站、油泵、工作油缸及阀件等组成(见图1)。
