患者王××男21岁1977年3月20日就诊。左眼被刀具击伤。检查:左眼光觉不确,眼球塌陷,眼睑外侧和上穹窿堆满玻璃体。前房消失,只有皮质碎块。伤口从角膜中心向外延续到巩膜长约1.5cm。角膜伤口无任何组织嵌顿,巩膜伤口有玻璃体嵌顿。因视力基本丧失,眼内容物脱出较多,眼球已明显塌陷,曾动员患者做眼球摘除。因患者和家属不同意,要求保持眼球,采取了缝合和药物治疗。治疗经过:经角膜伤口冲洗前房内的皮质,剪
Patient Wang XX male 21 years old March 20, 1977 treatment. Left eye was hit by a knife.
