目的识别、分析某啤酒企业啤酒项目在生产过程中可能存在职业病危害因素的主要环节,预测其可能造成的职业危害程度,探讨防护对策和措施。方法采用类比法、经验法与定量相结合的原则进行预评价。结果该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有噪声、高温、谷物粉尘、硅藻土粉尘、煤尘、甲醛、二氧化碳、氨、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、硫酸、氢氧化钠。类比项目检测结果显示,粉尘浓度、化学有害因素浓度合格率100%;噪声合格率73%;高温作业区WBGT指数合格率100%;工频电场强度合格率100%。结论该项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,参考类比检测结果,项目按设计采取职业病危害防护措施,建立健全职业卫生管理制度和应急措施,可降低运营过程中产生的职业病危害,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。
Objective To identify and analyze the main links of occupational hazards that may exist in the beer production process of a beer enterprise, predict the possible occupational hazards and discuss the countermeasures and measures for prevention. Methods The methods of analogy, empirical method and quantitative analysis are used to evaluate the method. Results The main risk factors of occupational diseases in the production process are noise, high temperature, grain dust, diatomite dust, coal dust, formaldehyde, carbon dioxide, ammonia, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide. The test results of analog projects showed that the passing rate of dust concentration and chemical harmful factors was 100%; the passing rate of noise was 73%; the pass rate of WBGT index was 100% in high temperature operation area; and the pass rate of electric field strength was 100%. Conclusion The project belongs to the construction projects with heavy occupational hazards. According to the results of analogy test, the project adopts occupational hazards protection measures according to the design, and establish and perfect the occupational health management system and emergency measures to reduce the occupational hazards in the operation process. From the point of occupational health Analysis of the project is feasible.
