开展社区健康服务是综合医院服务保障模式改革的大趋势。对市级综合医院（三级甲等医院）创建社区健康服务中心的管理模式进行了探讨。认为领导重视，设立办事机构；广泛宣传，争取社会支持；转变观念，建立各种制度；落实措施，明确服务内容和任务；加强教育，提高群众自我保健意识；服务为本，提高社会效益；突出重点，抓好妇女儿童保健是社区健康服务中心管理的关键。
The development of community health services is a major trend in the reform of the general hospital service security model. The management model for the establishment of a community health service center in a municipal-level general hospital (third class A hospital) was discussed. It is believed that leaders attach importance to setting up offices; extensive publicity and strive for social support; changing concepts and establishing various systems; implementing measures to clarify service contents and tasks; strengthening education and raising people’s awareness of self-care; service-oriented and improving social benefits; Focusing on women’s and children’s health care is the key to the management of community health service centers.
