本文在紫铜板制作4弯管闭合回路脉动热管,对脉动热管的各部分分别进行疏水处理,采用高速摄像研究脉动热管液弹的脉动运行特性及对传热的影响.实验结果表明,疏水表面影响脉动热管的传热性能,疏水处理后的脉动热管的热阻高于普通紫铜脉动热管,蒸发段的温度升高,且脉动热管易烧干。液弹的脉动频率降低,传热性能下降,完全疏水和蒸发段为疏水表面的脉动热管液弹几乎不脉动,传热性能与普通紫铜板相近.
In this paper, 4-pipe closed-loop pulsating heat pipe was made on copper plate, and each part of the pulsating heat pipe was treated with water, and the pulsating characteristics of the pulsating heat pipe liquid projectile and its heat transfer were studied by high-speed camera.The experimental results show that the influence of hydrophobic surface The heat transfer performance of the pulsating heat pipe, the heat resistance of the pulsating heat pipe after the hydrophobic treatment is higher than that of the ordinary copper pulsating heat pipe, the temperature of the evaporating section is increased, and the pulsating heat pipe is easily dried.
