从哲学的视角,运用系统科学原理发展的规律,以世界军事变革的全球视域,分析了装备保障建设的历史性,指出一般系统科学所衍生的一般系统方法指导着机械化军队的装备保障建设,复杂系统科学所衍生出的综合集成方法指导着信息化军队的装备保障建设,并从加强顶层设计、注重逻辑集成、创设协同环境和把握序参量等方面提出了转型期装备保障建设的战略举措。
From the philosophical point of view, using the law of development of system science principle, the history of equipment support construction is analyzed from the global perspective of world military transformation. It is pointed out that the general system methods derived from general system science guide the construction of equipment support for mechanized armed forces, The complex integrated systems derived from integrated systems guide the construction of equipment support for information-based military and put forward strategic measures to improve the equipment support during the transition period from strengthening top-level design, focusing on logical integration, creating collaborative environment and grasping order parameters.
