改革开放以来,随着我国社会化主义市场经济体制的逐步建立与完善,社会保障制度也经历了一系列深刻的变革。时代的发展,使许多与我国社会保障制度相关的问题凸显在我们面前,迫使我们必须加快改革和完善中国社会保障制度的步伐,协调差异,改革弊端,适应社会主义市场经济和经济全球化的要求。我们应大力加强社会保障法制研究,使我国社会保障实践真正能够以法律为依托,以法律为保障,进一步建立和完善中国特色的社会保障法律制度。
Since the reform and opening up, with the gradual establishment and improvement of China’s socialist market economic system, the social security system has undergone a series of profound changes. The development of the times has highlighted many issues related to our social security system before us, forcing us to speed up the pace of reform and improvement of the social security system in China, coordinate differences, reform malfeasance, and meet the requirements of a socialist market economy and economic globalization . We should vigorously step up the study of the legal system of social security so that our social security practice can really rely on the law and guarantee by law, so as to further establish and perfect the social security legal system with Chinese characteristics.
