根据燃料设计的思想,提出了混合燃料比例实时优化的HCCI燃烧控制新方法.利用HCCI单缸发动机研究了异辛烷/正庚烷的实时预混合控制的HCCI燃烧,结果发现混合燃料HCCI着火以及燃烧相位主要取决于正庚烷实际的燃空当量比.异辛烷的加入对爆震当量比界限有所拓展,但HCCI爆震主要与混合燃料总当量比有关.随着异辛烷比例的提高,导致HCCI当量比运行范围变窄,但是混合燃料实时调控的HCCI燃烧最大负荷相对纯正庚烷提高了大约80%.采用实时优化控制,取得了负荷拓展与排放降低综合效果,其整个运行范围具有较高的热效率.
