The structure of cranking flying shears with cranking and stopping crankshaft is introduced. The kinematic characteristics and dynamic characteristics of cranking flying shears are analyzed in depth. The corresponding relationship between shear velocity and motor rotating speed is determined through theoretical calculation. The theoretical calculation deduction and practical commissioning results are consistent, thus providing theoretical guidance for the debugging and controlling of this flying shear; it is recommended to use this flying shear on the high-speed thin-plate production line.
